Thank you for your interest in becoming a VTG Affiliate. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Virtual Tasks Group (VTG) Affiliate Program (“Program”) and represent a legal agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you”) and VTG (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By signing up for and participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the following terms:
Program Overview
The VTG Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote VTG’s services and products and earn commissions on referred sales. Eligible offerings include, but are not limited to:
- GPTs and AI Agents
- Courses and Workshops
- Templates and Ebooks
- Branding Services
- Social Media Services
- Other digital or creative services offered by VTG
Affiliate Approval
All affiliate applications must be reviewed and approved by VTG before access to the Program is granted. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on the following structure:
- GPTs / AI Agents: 20% per sale
- Courses & Workshops: 25% per registration
- Templates & Ebooks: 20% per download
- Branding Services: 15% per client referred
- Social Media Services: 15% per package sold
Commission rates are subject to change, with notice provided to all affiliates.
Cookie Duration
Affiliate referrals are tracked using a 30-day cookie window. You will earn commission if a customer purchases within 30 days of clicking your unique affiliate link. If the user clears cookies or uses a different browser/device, tracking may be affected.
Commission Payouts
- Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal on the 5th of each month.
- Payments will include all approved commissions that have passed the refund period.
- A valid PayPal account is required.
- VTG reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent, invalid, or questionable activity is detected.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
To maintain VTG’s brand integrity, affiliates may NOT:
- Use paid advertising targeting VTG-branded keywords (e.g., “VTG,” “Virtual Tasks Group”)
- Engage in spam, bot activity, or unsolicited email marketing
- Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about VTG offerings
- Promote VTG on adult, illegal, or offensive websites or channels
- List VTG links on coupon or discount sites without written approval
Affiliates found violating these policies will be subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Brand Guideline and Materials
VTG will provide approved marketing materials, including banners, graphics, and written content templates. These assets must be used as provided and may not be altered without prior written consent.
Termination of Affiliate Status
VTG reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without notice if the affiliate:
- Violates these terms or brand guidelines
- Engages in unethical or illegal conduct
- Generates fake clicks, referrals, or sales
- Promotes VTG in a misleading or harmful manner
- Disparages VTG or its representatives publicly
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
Legal Compliance & Responsibility
Affiliates must:
- Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with VTG in all promotions in accordance with FTC guidelines
- Operate as independent contractors—not employees, partners, or agents of VTG
- Comply with all applicable marketing, data protection, advertising, and consumer protection laws
- Be solely responsible for their promotional content and actions
- Indemnify and hold harmless VTG from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Program
Modification To Terms
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Michigan.
By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
